And Conthargos has other strings to his bow! Classé pour toi FRH/Frederic Tillmann was placed in the finals of the German Championships (5 and 6y.o.) and at the World Championships for young show jumping horses (5y.o.). Chloé/Jona Jolie Schwamborn also reached the final in Warendorf (7y.o.). Conmitage won the gold medal at the Belgian Show Jumping Championships (6y.o.). Comtess was Vice Regional Champion of five-year-old Oldenburg show jumping horses and two colts by Conthargos won the silver and bronze medals at the German Foal Championships. At the beginning of his career, his sire Converter won 22 show jumping competitions up to intermediate (M) level with scores up to 9.0. In 2005, he won the Oldenburg Regional Championships, was placed at the German Championships and was second best show jumping stallion at the World Championships for young horses in Lanaken/BEL. Five of his sons were licensed, including Convertus, who was placed at international competitions. He has produced over 40 descendants who are successful at advanced (S) level and are led by Crüger, team third at the European Championships with Max Haunhorst, Compagnon/Hans Thorben Rüder and Caja/Martin Sterzenbach. His dam Cajandra Z produced a number of international show jumping horses, including Chacjandra (by Chacco-Blue) and Afrika (by Converter I)/a.o. Werner Muff/SUI, who were successful in 1.60m show jumping competitions. Ridden by Jos Lansink/BEL, the dam's sire Carthago was the most successful show jumping stallion in the world at the time, taking part in two Olympics, in Atlanta/USA in 1996 and Sydney/AUS in 2000. His sport offspring, registered in Germany alone, including Marco Kutscher’s/GER Cash, Mylord Carthago/Pénélope Leprévost/FRA and Classix Girl/Sören von Rönne/GER, have won over 4.4 million euros in prize money. Amongst the most influential of his over 50 licensed sons are Colman, Cardino, Carinue, Cartani, Carvallo BB and Crown Z. The internationally successful show jumper Nike results from Conthargos’ dam line, which is of French origin and counts exclusively, with Latus I, Sandro and Colorado AA, stallions from our stud.
