Biography

Diablue PS is a premium show jumping stallion and the first licensed son of the double German Champion Diaron, who continues to compete successfully at the highest level. Under Patrick Stühlmeyer, Diaron achieved third place in the Grand Prix of Opglabbeek (Belgium) and secured placings in 1.45m classes at major international shows in Hagen a.T.W., Riesenbeck, and Balve. His proven sport success underlines the strong performance genetics passed on to his offspring. Diablue PS himself made an impressive sport debut, winning his first competition for young show jumping horses with a high score of 8.8 under rider Ebba Johansson (SWE). This result confirmed his outstanding stallion performance test victory in Adelheidsdorf in 2020. There, he received a perfect 10 for scope and willingness to perform. His rideability, overall impression, and temperament were scored 9.5, and he achieved 9.75 for character. With an overall score of 9.29, he clearly led the ranking among 35 candidates. His dam, Stakkariella, was sold for €2.4 million at the P.S.I. auction in 2017 to buyers in the USA. She achieved numerous victories in medium (M) level young horse classes with Patrick Stühlmeyer, competed successfully at the World Championships for Young Horses in Lanaken (Belgium), and earned placings at the German Championships in Warendorf in 2019. She is a full sister to the licensed stallion Stakkato Blue, the internationally successful Stariallo Blue PS (ridden by Irma Karlsson/SWE), and World Cup finalist Storiall Blue (ridden by Lorcan Gallagher/IRL), who competes successfully at 1.45m level. The pedigree is further strengthened by Stakkato, the dam’s sire and record German Champion with Eva Bitter (1998, 2003, 2010), who dominated the German breeding evaluation rankings for eleven consecutive years. In the third generation appears Chacco-Blue, leader in the WBFSH ranking of the world’s best show jumping stallions and third-place finisher in Aachen. The pedigree is completed by Coriall, a direct son of Cor de la Bryère.
