Biography
Glock's Dream Boy is a sensational dressage stallion who has delivered consistently at the highest level of international competition. With Hans Peter Minderhoud, he competed at two European Championships, one World Championship, the Olympic Games in Tokyo, and the 2019 World Cup Final in Gothenburg, winning team silver at the European Championships in Rotterdam. At the Dutch Dressage Championships, they won the silver medal three times in a row. As a six-year-old, he won the bronze medal at the World Championships for Young Horses under the saddle of Gerdine Maree. Dream Boy is one of the best licensed offspring of the proven sire Vivaldi, who produced more than 60 licensed sons and is at the top of the world ranking list of successful dressage sires. His dam, the elite Prestatie mare Resia, is by the Olympic stallion and proven sire Ferro, sire of Edward Gal's famous Olympic horse Undercover and grandsire of Olympic champion Valegro. Now in his well-deserved retirement, Dream Boy continues his legacy through breeding, standing at Hof Sosath in Germany.
