Biography
Culhwch has won every main show and won the George Prince of Wales Cup as Champion Welsh Cob at the Royal Welsh 2002. He qualified for the Horse of the Year Show at the NEC October 2002 at the Royal Welsh. Following the success of the youngstock from Culhwch, he won the YEOMANS Plaque for the 2005 Royal Welsh Sire Points Scheme. As well as his show successes, Culhwch’s progeny have been creating quite a stir, winning in the show ring and reaching extremely high prices at sales. By now foals by Culhwch have been born on many studs across Wales and England and without fail they have so many of his qualities – plenty of good quality flat bone, superb confirmation, excellent straight movement on all four and personality.
