Biography
Born in 2002, Johnson TN is one of the most influential dressage stallions of the modern era. By the legendary sire Jazz and out of a Flemmingh mare, Johnson combines two of the most powerful Dutch dressage bloodlines. Bred by P. van der Vleuten and ridden internationally by Hans Peter Minderhoud, Johnson rose through the ranks to become one of the world’s leading Grand Prix horses, known for his expressive movement, powerful hind-leg and exceptional work ethic. Johnson achieved major championship success including medals at the World Equestrian Games and European Championships, and represented the Netherlands at the Rio Olympic Games. After retiring from sport he established himself as one of the most successful dressage sires worldwide, topping the WBFSH Dressage Sire Rankings multiple times and producing numerous Grand Prix horses and approved stallions.
