Bred by Echo van ’t Spieveld out of Electra van ’t Roosakker, a 1.60m World Cup and Grand Prix performer with Jos Lansink and Janika Sprunger, Kassander descends in a direct line to the legendary Usha van ’t Roosakker. His full sister, Kaprice van ’t Roosakker, claimed Grand Prix victories under Kent Farrington, and while an early injury curtailed Kassander’s own sport career, it paved the way for an exceptional role in breeding. From his first crop of just five foals, his son Picobello van ’t Roosakker shines at 5* 1.60m level with a stellar performance at the 2025 World Cup in Stuttgart, back-to-back wins in Samorin and a Nations Cup podium in Brussels with the Swiss team.
