Biography

Born in 2009, Pikeur Lord Fauntleroy is a Hannoverian showjumping stallion by Lord Pezi out of the Contendro I mare Clivia, further strengthened by the influential Argentinus line. Bred by ZG Kern, he combines the power of the Landgraf I lineage with the athleticism and rideability typical of Contendro descendants. Known for his scope, technique and careful jumping style, he quickly established himself as a serious sport horse with international potential. Under riders including Gilbert Böckmann and Markus Brinkmann, Lord Fauntleroy competed successfully up to 1.60m international level, gaining recognition for his power and consistency in top-level classes. Alongside his own sport career, he has become an increasingly influential sire despite a relatively small number of offspring, already producing several horses competing at the highest level of international showjumping, including the CSI5* winner Looping Luna
