MI Dream of Wonder

Biography

MI Dream of Wonder (Dreamy) is the epitome of a safe but fun, gaited horse. Conceived in the USA and the grandson of Rea Swan's legendary stallion, Spanish Sundown, Dreamy's close family has an almost cult status in the USA. Rea Swan was the person who founded the Rocky Mountain Horse Association, and her meticulous breeding is evident in this wonderful boy. He has sired exceptional foals in the UK, Germany, and Spain. We also have two half siblings in the form of his half sister (one of our breeding mares) and a half brother (now gelded and in private ownership, not yet under saddle but showing great promise in liberty work). Certified to sire pure bred Rocky Mountain foals, Dreamy has an exceptionally good temperament, is highly intelligent yet very biddable, and shows a wonderful four beat gait under saddle. He carries one copy each of silver, black, red and true dun, as well as being sooty. His frozen semen is of the highest quality, and mares almost invariably conceive first time. Now gelded and privately owned, we have retained a limited number of doses both here in the UK and in France for our EU clients. Those wanting to utilise his lovely temperament and gait to bring something new to their mares besides his incredible colour, will not be disappointed. Both pure and part bred foals have been successfully bred over the last few years and all have been a popular choice with our clients.
