Mosito Van Het Hellehof

Biography

Mosito van het Hellehof is one of the first approved sons of Elvis ter Putte and one of Belgium's most promising young sires. Mosito comes from the damline of stallions such as Action-Breaker and Quasimodo van de Molendreef. Dam Hadise van het Hellehof (s. Nabab de Rêve) is also the dam of McLain Wards top horse Kasper van het Hellehof. Mosito enjoyed his education under the saddle of Karline De Brabander and in the meantime he jumps with Brazilian rider Bernardo Alves, who invariably praises Mosito as one of the best and most careful horses he has ever ridden. They showed those qualities in 2022, by taking second place in the prestigious Rolex GP5* of Knokke. Mosito's first crop (°2016) exceeds all expectations. They already proved that in 2021. In the final of the BK for five-year-old show jumpers, we saw no fewer than nine Mosito offspring at that time. An unprecedented achievement. In the meantime, quite a few horses from that crop have progressed to a higher level. Think of Qnokke de Muze, Qosito van de Koekoek, Lolita ES and Qoup de Coeur de Muze. In addition, several sons have been approved by various studbooks.
