Biography
Born in 2021, Rocket Man TN is a striking young jumping stallion by Kasanova de la Pomme (Bamako de Muze × Darco) and out of Otina van HD, a daughter of El Torreo de Muze. His pedigree represents some of the strongest modern showjumping bloodlines, combining Darco, Bamako de Muze, Nabab de Rêve and Crown Z. Bred by the renowned Belgian Van Hooydonk family, Rocket Man descends from a mare line responsible for numerous international performers, including Everly Chin de la Pomme, Werly Chin de Muze and Funky Music competing at 1.50–1.60 m level. The strength of Rocket Man’s pedigree extends deep into the damline: his granddam Itina van HD is a direct daughter of the Spruce Meadows winner Candy, while the fourth mare Anna is a full sister to the legendary Olympic showjumper Big Ben ridden by Ian Millar. Approved by the KWPN during the 2024 stallion test, Rocket Man quickly gained attention for his balance, willingness and exceptional jumping technique, and was highlighted as one of the standout young stallions at the 2025 Den Bosch stallion presentation.
Notable Progeny
Rocket Man TN is a recently approved breeding stallion and his first foals are expected from the 2025–2026 breeding seasons, so competition offspring are not yet established.
