Biography

Sir Franklin is a striking young KWPN dressage stallion by So Perfect out of a Franklin mare, combining some of the most influential dressage genetics in modern sport breeding. Licensed at the Oldenburg Main Licensing in 2025, he immediately impressed the licensing commission with his modern type, elasticity and exceptional basic gaits. His expressive trot, uphill-balanced canter and active walk demonstrated the athleticism and rideability expected from a future dressage sire. Sir Franklin also carries an exceptionally strong Dutch dam line rich in international sport success. His dam Lufradin competed successfully in the Netherlands, while deeper generations of the family have produced multiple S-level and Grand Prix dressage horses. This concentration of proven performance genetics gives Sir Franklin outstanding breeding potential as he begins his stud career

Notable Progeny

Sir Franklin will have his first breeding season in 2026.
