Biography

"A stallion with an incredible amount of nobility in his face, large eyes and great body harmony. A particularly brilliant performance on the lunge, always swinging through his body, carried from back to front over his back," is how the Oldenburg Association's licensing commission summed up its premium verdict on Vigodance GS. In terms of sport, he then made a name for himself with third place in the qualification for the Hanoverian State Championships, where he received the highest score of the day of 9.0 for his trot and 8.5 for his canter, rideability and conformation. In the final, he placed fifth under Cynthia Eggenkamp/NED. The father Viva Gold, himself a grandson of the Olympic champion, European champion and multiple World Cup winner Weihegold OLD under Isabell Werth as well as stallion performance test winner, Oldenburg vice state champion, two-time Federal Championship qualifier and S* winner, produced more than 20 licensed sons from his first crops, most notably our exceptional premium stallion and stallion performance test winner Viva Vegas, the fourth-placed Federal Championship and Oldenburg vice state champion Vitastic OLD as well as the Hanoverian champion and sixth-placed Federal Championship Vienna Ninja. In terms of sport, the DSP Championship bronze winner Vanguardia under Mareike Mimberg-Hess and the Westphalia Championship fourth-placed Viva Fantastica under Daniela Graé also came to the fore. The dam Fräulein Salome won dressage horse competitions. Daughter France Gall (by Franziskus) achieved S-placements. The dam's sire is Florencio, who was awarded the keur predicate and first won silver at the Federal Riding Horse Championships. He then won the Pavo Cup under Hans Peter Minderhoud/NED and secured two gold medals at the World Dressage Horse Championships in the five- and six-year-old categories. He also made it onto the winners' list twice in the competition for the VHO trophy at St. Georges level. 46 of his sons have been licensed, of which more than ten have achieved success in the Grand Prix arena. Florencio I is also on the dam's sire's side of the World and European Championship participant Sir Stanley W (by Stedinger)/Charlotte Lenherr/SUI and the Grand Prix horses Impressive VDC (by Charmeur)/Sarah Millis/GBR, FBW Dantes Zazou (by Dante Weltino)/Timo Kemmerer and Geronimo (by Apache)/. The granddam Salome produced the mare Bella Lucia (by Benetton Dream), who gave birth to the licensed stallion Fürst Dream (by Fürstenball). Sandro Hit, who came in third place, was himself a dressage horse world champion and national champion and made a name for himself early on as a stamp stallion in dressage horse breeding. The Hanoverian mare line also includes the stallion Powerdale (by Glamourdale) and the Grand Prix dressage horse Uptown (by Florestan I).
