How to Order
Complete the Straw Printing Enquiry Form
Please provide your required quantity, colour preferences, exact printing details, delivery address and required delivery date.
Orders cannot be placed through the website shop. Once your enquiry form is submitted, SAIS will provide a full quotation, confirm production and delivery arrangements, and send your invoice directly.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an order or reserve a delivery date.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched using UPS Express, a 1–3 working day delivery service. Orders will often arrive the next working day, but next-day delivery is not guaranteed.
For same-day dispatch, your order must be confirmed and all required printing information received before 10am, subject to stock availability and production capacity. Orders confirmed after this time will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Please allow sufficient time before any planned semen collection or freezing appointment. Delivery times are estimates and depend on UPS.
Important Service Information
Printing Quality
Every effort is made to ensure that straws are printed clearly and accurately. However, occasional variations may occur during printing, including faint, incomplete or partially transferred letters or numbers.
The 10 complimentary additional printed straws supplied with each order provide an allowance for these occasional imperfections.
Inspection Before Use
All straws must be carefully inspected on receipt and before filling or freezing. Please contact us about any concerns regarding print quality or the physical condition of the straws before using them.
Do not fill or freeze any straw you consider unsuitable. Using the straws indicates that you have inspected them and consider their visible condition and print quality suitable for use. This does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Handling and Straw Integrity
Straw integrity can be affected by filling, sealing, handling, freezing, storage, transport and thawing procedures.
Stallion AI Services cannot accept responsibility for splitting, bursting, leaking or other damage caused by procedures or handling outside our control.
Courier Delays and Transit Issues
We package and dispatch orders with appropriate care. However, we cannot guarantee courier delivery times. Please report any delayed, lost or damaged deliveries promptly so that we can investigate with UPS.
Terms and Conditions
Orders are subject to Stallion AI Services’ Standard Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of your quotation and placement of an order confirms acceptance of these terms.
